You Give Good Love is an ode to black love. 🖤 Up in the cosmos. 💫

This artwork is colorful and surreal. I created this piece during a time when I needed to see more positive imagery of black love, black joy, and black peace in the media and online. I wanted to create something beautiful that gave hope to Black people. Art is healing. I wanted to share the energy of healing.

I started working on this piece in Summer 2020, and I didn't come back to it for a while. Then one day, something called me to pick it back up, and it transformed into something I didn't even expect. It was this beautiful, surreal piece of art that felt magical. It felt powerful.

We are magical. We are peace. We are love. We are us.

I hope this art print brings some love into your space, some peace, and some hope. And a reminder that Black love is strong. Black love is powerful. Black love is a sanctuary.

It doesn't have to be only romantic love. It's also community love. It's also self-love.
